Most techniques require you to concentrate, focus, apply copious amounts of effort and essentially control your experience. The reality is, no one wants to “do” another thing. We “do” too much as it is. During the 4 Day course, you’ll learn how easy and enjoyable it is to experience deep rest in an effortless way and immediately become self-sufficient at it.

During Vedic Meditation we sit comfortably with our back supported, hands at our sides and legs stretched out or crossed. You choose what works best for your body. For optimal benefits, we meditate for 20 minutes, twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon before dinner.
