A Round is a particular sequence of gentle asanas (bends & stretches) that prepare the body for profound levels of rest. After completing the asanas, a soothing breathwork technique called Pranayama is practiced, followed by a twenty-minute Vedic Meditation.

Vedic Meditators who have a consistent twice a day practice for a minimum of one year are eligible for an advanced technique. Learning an advanced technique for your meditation program refines the senses—hearing, touch, sight, taste, and smell—accelerating the development of heightened sensory perception. Exploring the Veda (ETV) and Mastering the Siddhis (MTS) by Maharishi Thom Knoles offer an immersive opportunity to deepen your understanding of the laws of nature that guide personal and universal evolution.
